Insurance & Billing
Centered Hearts Therapy is a private-pay practice. This allows therapy to remain focused on your family's goals rather than insurance requirements, giving us the flexibility to tailor care to your family's unique needs.
Out-of-Network Information
Although we are out-of-network with insurance plans, we can provide monthly superbills that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider before your first appointment to verify your out-of-network behavioral health benefits and reimbursement eligibility.

PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and the therapeutic process. To ensure we can support all of our families effectively, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed without notice, or ended early may be subject to the full session fee.
